River model washing plant
COMPOSITION OF THE PLANT
1) Ford for the washing of tracks/wheels of amphibious means
2) Washing under the vehicle
3) Washing arch for the vehicle chassis
4) Possibility of using cold or warm water.
SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE WORKING PRINCIPLE OF THE PLANT
Since the dirt mainly consists of mud especially in the lower part of the vehicles, passing through a ford with around 50 cm of current water allows softening the dirt so facilitating its removal during the subsequent washing phases.
Washing under the vehicle
Up to 4-metre double circuit to wash vehicles with heights up to 2.5 metres ( trucks, coaches, etc.) and means up to 4 metres (tanks, amphibious means, etc. ), it is activated or deactivated only by the presence of the means.
Rotating heads located on the translating frame of the plant are activated in sequence according to the dimensions of the means.
Possibility of using cold or warm water
Detergents
It is possible to deliver detergent and/or sanitizing product and then rinse with water differing from the one used for the high pressure washing.
Means detection system. The system can intercept the length of the means to perform the cycle in automatic maintaining the jets a constant distance also in the front and rear parts.
Washing cycle phases
A display shows the washing phases, in this way all operations are extremely easy for the user.
MAINTENANCE
It is self-explanatory that with such a simple yet functional working principle maintenance becomes extremely reduced so allowing with lower maintenance costs if compared to older systems
